Every piece is made by hand in my small studio. I don't use machines or mass production. Each piece is beaded, shaped, and checked carefully before it goes into the box.

· All orders are shipped from China

· Carrier: YunExpress (reliable international shipping)

⏱️ Processing & delivery times

· In-stock items: ship within 1–2 business days

· Handmade-to-order items: please allow 7–10 business days for making

· International delivery: usually 7–15 business days

· You will receive a tracking link by email once shipped

💵 Shipping rates

· Orders under $59 → $6.00 shipping

· Orders $59.01 – $99 → $4.00 shipping

· Orders $99.01 and above → Free shipping

🔄 Returns & exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will help if:

· The item arrived damaged or broken

· You received the wrong item

· The item has a clear manufacturing defect

How to request a return:

· Email me at zizirunofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

· Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue

What happens next:

· I will reply with a return address

· Once I receive and inspect the return, I will issue a full refund or send a replacement (your choice)

·Return shipping fees are paid by the buyer, unless the mistake was on my end.

📦 Lost or missing packages

· If your package is lost in transit, email me and I will work with YunExpress to investigate

· If the package is confirmed lost, I will reship or refund — no worries
